Picked her up yesterday. Felt weird--never owned a brand new boat before.Rigged her up today. Felt good--can't wait to get it wet.
Covered her up for the week. Felt sad--too busy to sail.
Launch day Friday.

Well, this blog started out as a chronicle of the restoration, and adventures aboard, the O'Day Mariner, Mothra. But since then, and thanks to Mothra rekindling my love of sailing, it's often taken over with other sailing content. So be it. I'm having so much fun with the new Megabyte, I gotta share that, too.

I certainly second Baydog! What's your favorite 'medicine', David? I think we should be raising glasses of it as we drink to Weta!
