Hah! Good to hear from you, Nate. Yes, I have to admit that I miss my old girl. The Mariner is certainly a great all around boat. I drop in on your website from time to time--fun to watch you make steady progress restoring and enhancing Orion.
Well, this blog started out as a chronicle of the restoration, and adventures aboard, the O'Day Mariner, Mothra. But since then, and thanks to Mothra rekindling my love of sailing, it's often taken over with other sailing content. So be it. I'm having so much fun with the new Megabyte, I gotta share that, too.

Financially I guess it's a no-brainer. Guess we need to plan our next cruise before it's too late...
You're supposed to say, "Too many boats, and not enough time." ...sorry. I'm not not much help, am I?

Sell the leadmine and use the proceeds to buy a new Laser for every member of the family.
OK, so that's two strikes against the big boat.
Laser goes. I'll take it off your hands. ;)
Sell ALL the boats and go back to a MARINER!
Couldn't resist... yes, I still read your blog...

It isn't as easy as some people would think, because there is no ONE perfect boat!
